Terms of Service
This IMGKeep Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which IMGKeep ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Each user is entitled to only one account.
- Copyrighted or offensive material are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images at any time without user notification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account security. Each user is fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify IMGKeep of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session. IMGKeep will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your failure to complay with this rule.
- IMGKeep has every right to ban or suspend any user we believe has broken any of our Terms of Service.
- While sharing images or links, the following behevior or constitue "abuse' and could result to your account cancellation immediately and without notification.
- a. Sending spam emails or messages or spam via SMS
- b. Generating fake traffic. (i.e. self-clicking or using autosurf software/website/bots)
- c. Generating traffic by using hidden frames.
- d. Forcing user to click on image or image url.
All the above points will be consider as abuse and result to cancellation of users account.
